La historia del ramal ferroviario entre Pe\u00f1a de Hierro y Nerva refleja uno de los episodios m\u00e1s singulares del desarrollo de las comunicaciones en la Cuenca Minera. A partir de documentaci\u00f3n hist\u00f3rica y fuentes de la \u00e9poca, este libro reconstruye el proceso mediante el cual Riotinto impuls\u00f3 distintos proyectos ferroviarios en la zona y las tensiones surgidas en torno a ellos.

Sus p\u00e1ginas analizan los intentos de conexi\u00f3n ferroviaria entre Sevilla, Pe\u00f1a de Hierro y Nerva, as\u00ed como las consecuencias econ\u00f3micas y sociales que tuvo para la localidad la ausencia de una l\u00ednea directa hacia Sevilla.

Una obra que recupera un cap\u00edtulo poco conocido de la historia ferroviaria y minera onubense, mostrando c\u00f3mo las decisiones sobre las infraestructuras condicionaron el desarrollo de toda una comarca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
